We have decided to take initial steps toward creating a physical location that will serve as a locus for transformational community, a community that includes you since even reading this continues to cultivate connections among us. This physical location will foster deep community as a business, a coffee house, a used book exchange, and a music venue. We truly appreciate your part in our community. We share a deep conviction that authentic community is an essential aspect of our being. We believe that deep community must be fostered, appreciated, and enjoyed. We are taking these steps based on the fusion of a longstanding reflection between friends and a remarkable opportunity that has been recently afforded us. Yet, we are writing you because we can not utilize this opportunity without your help!We would love to spread the word! Could you enlarge our community by passing on this letter? We need people to buy our coffee! We can send you a sample and if you would consider signing up to receive our coffee on a regular basis (shipping is free when you buy coffee two pounds at a time). Would you consider donating or becoming an investor? We would love to send you as much information as we can that would help you decide if partnering with us would be a good investment. We have a business plan that further explains our values, key distinctives, current financials, and we will get you anything else you may need or want to help you become partners with us. Would you consider simply donating to our cause knowing that we are confident that we will one day be able to return the favor?
